Follow these steps to create a new password:
- Select Forgotten password
- Enter your email and select Reset
- Open the email titled 'Password recovery link from Young Platform' and select Reset password
- Create a new password and confirm it
- You will receive an email confirmation titled 'Password Reset Confirmation'
- Log in using the new password you have just created
Make sure the new password is at least 8 characters long, and that it includes lower and upper capitals, numbers and special characters.
Please note that for your security, all withdrawals from your account will be disabled for 48 hours after a change of email, phone number or password or secure authentication method (via Authenticator or SMS/email security codes).
