Not receiving the SMS with the OTP code to verify your transactions or Young Platform access?
Here's what you can do:
- Check that the date and time of the smartphone or browser you are using are set automatically
- Make sure you are not using roaming mode.
Once you have checked these two settings, follow these steps:
- Check if there are any applications/settings on your smartphone that filter SMS messages
- Delete all old SMS by checking that the storage space is not full
- Check spam
- Restart your smartphone
