You can edit your email address or phone number linked to your Young Platform account from the Profile section, either from the web platform or in-app.
Select
- Email or Phone number
- Enter the new email or phone number
- Confirm
- Enter the codes you received via email, SMS or your Authenticator app (depending on your settings)
Please note that for your security, all withdrawals from your account will be disabled for 48 hours after a change of email, phone number or password or secure authentication method (via Authenticator or SMS/email security codes).
For security reasons relating to your identity, we cannot change your name except for minor corrections. The name must match the name on the ID used for the identity verification.
In cases of extreme necessity, such as the death of a relative with a Young Platform account, please contact us.
Edit your Country of Residence
It is not possible to change your country of residence. The country registered must match the details entered during the Identity Verification. If you have moved or have any other needs, please send an email with your country change request to kyc@youngplatform.com
Edit your preferred currency
Changing the Currency only allows you to display prices on charts and tables in the currency of your choice. Young Platform, however, only supports transactions in Euros. If you deposit any other currency, it will be automatically converted into EUR by one of the banks used to deposit.
From the Profile section, select Currency to edit it.
