You can receive three types of communication from Young Platform:
- Personalised content are email communications based on your activity and interests selected within the app (for example, your favourite cryptos)
- The Newsletter is sent by email and contains updates on new Young Platform features, benefits and special promotions
- Notifications are displayed only in the app and contain information about the crypto world, market prices and app features
To enable communications:
- Go to your Profile
- Select Content Personalisation
- Activate Receive content based on your activity if you want to receive personalised communications
- Activate Newsletter to receive the newsletter via email
- Activate Notifications to receive in-app notifications
N.B. If notifications are active but not working, look for Young Platform in your smartphone's application list and enable notifications.
We remind you that your consent to receive communications can be granted and revoked at any time. Your data will not be sold to third parties, but will only be used for the purposes contained in the notices.
