I forgot the PIN to log in to the app

If you have forgotten your PIN, uninstall and reinstall the app. This will allow you to log in again with your email and password and if necessary set a new PIN.

Here's how to set it after you have logged in:

1. Open the Young Platform app
2. Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner
3. Under "Security" select Set PIN
4. Enter the digits that will make up your PIN

Here's how to set it before you log in:

1. Enter your credentials and tick Quick Access
2. Continue
3. Enter the digits that will make up your PIN
4. Confirm the PIN you just entered
