Differences between the Young Platform Tax Report and the Okipo report
Under the declarative regime, and for crypto-assets that remain outside the administered regime (such as those in the DeFi Wallet, on other exchanges, or in your personal wallets), your tax return and tax calculation are up to you. To prepare the data you can use two tools: the Young Platform Tax Report and the Okipo report. This guide helps you choose the right one for you.
The Young Platform Tax Report
It includes data on transactions carried out on Young Platform, ready for your tax return and tax calculation.
It is a paid service: the price starts at 19,99 € and is tiered based on the number of transactions to process. If you purchase it in subsequent years too, the cost can decrease when there are fewer transactions to process.
The Okipo report
It is designed for those who use multiple platforms. Okipo allows you to connect your external wallets and import transaction CSV files from the main exchanges, aggregates all positions and produces pre-filled tax return sections, reducing the workload when your crypto-assets are spread across multiple services.
Thanks to the partnership with Young Platform you have a dedicated discount: you can find the conditions in the Clubs page.
Which one to choose
- You only use Young Platform: the Young Platform Tax Report is enough for you.
- You also have crypto-assets on the DeFi Wallet, on other exchanges, or on personal wallets: the Okipo report gives you a single overview of all positions.
How you activate Okipo from Young Platform
Go to Profile > Taxes & Reports > Tax reports > Okipo: from here you create your Okipo account via Young Platform and the discount is applied.
Remember: neither service replaces your tax obligations. The reports prepare the data, but submitting the tax return and paying taxes remains your responsibility, possibly with the support of your accountant.
