Exporting transaction history from other platforms
For the certification of crypto deposits under the managed savings regime, you must provide the complete transaction history from the originating platform. Detailed instructions for downloading this data on each platform are given below, along with final instructions for sending the files. For each platform, you also need a screenshot of your account profile section showing your personal details and the platform name, to prove that the account is registered in your name.
Before you start
- Download the history from the account opening date to today, not just the last year.
- You must download the transaction history in CSV format only.
- If the platform limits the period for each export, download multiple consecutive files without overlapping dates.
- Do not open, rename or modify the downloaded files: opening and saving them again with a spreadsheet can alter their structure.
- If you receive a ZIP file, extract it to get the files inside.
- Where indicated, the export only works from the website: in that case, use a computer and not the app.

- Under Time range, choose Customize and set the period from 1 November 2017 to today.
