Email OTP
- Make sure you are entering the last OTP received in the last email from Young Platform
- Enter the OTP as soon as you receive it so that it does not expire
- Enter the OTP again without typing any spaces or other characters before and after it
Authenticator code
- Enter the code again as soon as your Authenticator generates a new one
- If you use Google Authenticator, synchronise it - tap on the 3 dots > Settings > correct date and times
- If you keep getting an error and cannot log in, follow this procedure to request to switch back to email OTP authentication.
