Some email domains place Young Platform automated emails in the Spam folder or other folders or do not receive them at all.
If you don't find Young Platform's automated emails in any of your folders, please check that noreply@youngplatform.com is not blacklisted. If it is, some email domains allow you to authorise it permanently by whitelisting it.
Gmail
If you have Gmail, emails from Young Platform may arrive in your Promotions folder. To stop receiving emails in Promotions, select the email you received from Young Platform, select Labels and untick "Promotions".
Libero, Yahoo and Tiscali
If you have one of these email domains, you may not receive automated login and account management emails at all. If you haven't completed the identity verification yet, you can create a new account using a different email address.
If you have already completed the identity verification and you can no longer log in because you are not receiving your email OTP, we will need to manually change the email linked to your account. Here's how:
- Create a new email address with a different provider than Libero, Yahoo or Tiscali.
- Contact us from the email address currently linked to your account asking to change the email and specifying both email addresses (the one currently linked and the new one) and the reason why you want to change the email linked to your account
- Attach to the email a selfie of yourself holding the same ID you used to verify your identity on Young Platform next to your face, and a piece of paper with today's date written on it
Your face, ID and the date must be fully visible and legible. If they don't fit in the same photo, take two separate selfies, one showing the date and your face and one showing your ID and your face.
