If you have lost your phone or are unable to retrieve your Young Platform access codes via the Authenticator app, contact our Customer Care team asking to reset your login to Young Platform via email OTP code.
Attach to your email:
- a selfie in which you hold the same ID used for the identity verification on Young Platform
- a paper with the date written on it.
Face, ID and date must be fully visible and clearly legible.
If ID and paper with date don't fit in the same photo, you can take two separate selfies.
If you've simply changed phones, follow these steps to transfer your Authenticator account to your new phone:
- From your old phone, open the Authenticator app > press on the 3 dots in the top right corner > Transfer Account > Export Account > enter your phone's Pin > select the Young Platform account > keep the screen open on the generated QR code.
- From your new phone, install Authenticator > press the 3 dots in the top right corner > Transfer Account > Import Account > Scan QR Code > scan the generated QR code on your old phone
