For card deposits, you can only use credit, debit and prepaid cards issued in Italy on the Mastercard and Visa circuits.
The card must be in your name and the deposit must be made from an Italian IP (except IPv6), therefore, only from Italy.
If you're unable to deposit by card, these are the most frequent errors:
- you didn't complete the card authentication in time or you didn't enter the correct details: try again, making sure you enter the correct details and taking care to complete the operation in time
- your card isn't enabled for online payments or for exchanges: enable the necessary settings, or use another card or another deposit method
- you're abroad or using a VPN that changes your IP address: you can only deposit by card from an Italian IP address
- your card wasn't issued in Italy
- the card is not in your name: you can only use a card in your name or jointly held by you
- if you use a Poste card, enable all payment types in the Poste app and try the deposit again (guide here)
- if you use a Fineco card, unfortunately deposits with Fineco cards are not possible at the moment
