Do you want to transfer cryptocurrencies that you hold on another exchange, personal wallet, or platform to Young Platform Pro? With this guide you will discover the procedure for withdrawing from the external wallet and depositing your cryptocurrencies on Young Platform Pro.
Check networks and memos
Before depositing, always check the networks supported by Young Platform and whether a memo/tag is required.
For some cryptocurrencies, specifying the memo (or tag) is mandatory: Ripple (XRP), Stellar (XLM), Terra V2 (LUNA 2.0) and EOS. If the platform of origin requires you to specify the type of memo, Young Platform only ever provides the ID memo type.
We are implementing more networks supported for depositing on Young Platform. In addition to the standard ones (Bitcoin Segwit, Ethereum ERC-20 and native protocols), the following additional networks are currently available to transfer these cryptocurrencies:

Attention!
Cryptocurrency deposits sent to the wrong network, or to the wrong wallet or without a memo/tag may not be recoverable. In this case, the cryptocurrency deposit made by the User in error entails a commitment on the part of Young Platform to return the value and not a commitment to return the currency.
Deposit cryptocurrencies
Select Deposit from the Wallet of the specific cryptocurrency:
- Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit from the external wallet
- You will see the address of your Young Platform Wallet for the chosen cryptocurrency and any Memo (or Tag)
- Select the network to be used for the transfer, if selectable
- Copy the Wallet Address or scan the QR code. Do not type in the address by hand.
Go to the external wallet, and look for the send or withdraw function
- Use the copied address and memo, if any, to send cryptocurrencies
- Select the same network you selected on Young Platform
- Complete the procedure from the external wallet by carefully checking all details
Done! Once the transfer is complete, you can view the balance in the Young Platform Wallet of the specific cryptocurrency. The timing for receiving the transfer varies depending on the cryptocurrency.
