Withdrawing cryptocurrencies means transferring them from your Young Platform wallet directly to an external wallet, without converting them into euros.
Do you want to convert your cryptocurrencies into Euros and then send the Euros to your bank account by bank transfer? Find the guide at this link!
Check networks and memos
1. To withdraw some cryptocurrencies, a Memo/Tag is required: Stellar (XLM), Ripple (XRP), Terra (LUNA), Algorand (ALGO) and EOS.
2. Did you send the wrong network or did you not enter the memo? To attempt to retrieve your cryptocurrencies, contact the platform you sent them to, to request the funds be returned to Young Platform. Once you receive confirmation of the referral, send us all the details by copying them by hand.
3. You can only send from Young Platform to other Young Platform accounts cryptocurrencies that do not require memos.
4. We are implementing additional networks supported for withdrawal from Young Platform. In addition to the standard ones (Bitcoin Segwit, Ethereum ERC-20 and native protocols), the following additional networks are currently available to transfer these cryptocurrencies:
ETH
- Arbitrum
- Optimism
- BSC
USDT
- Tron

USDC

Withdrawing cryptocurrencies
Go to the Young Platform Wallet section
- Select the cryptocurrency you want to send to the external wallet
- Next to the deposit and sale buttons, click on the three dots and select Withdraw
- Select the network to be used for the transfer, if selectable
- Enter the address of the wallet to which you want to transfer cryptocurrencies. Copy and paste the address or scan the QR code. Do not type in the address by hand.
Remember that for some cryptocurrencies, the Memo or Tag is required. If the target platform requires you to specify the type of memo needed, Young Platform will only ever require the memo ID.
- Tick the box if you do not have a memo/tag and it is not required by the external wallet
- Enter the amount, respecting the minimum amounts and press Continue
- Double-check that the Wallet address is correct - transactions sent to the wrong address may not be recoverable. If everything is correct, swipe right
- Depending on your authentication method set up, enter the code from Google Authenticator or press the 'Send' buttons to receive the OTP code either via SMS or email
Done! The cryptocurrencies will be credited to the external wallet. The timing for receiving the transfer varies depending on the cryptocurrency.
