There are several reasons why a transfer deposit may be blocked by the system.
1. Account holders not matching
It is compulsory to deposit to Young Platform from a bank account in your name or co-owned by you.
- In the event that you have received a deposit from an account held in a third party's name, it must be reversed by Young Platform.
- In the event that the name under which you registered with Young Platform does not exactly match the name registered on your bank account, the system will automatically block the transfer.
The most frequent cases involve the spelling of accents, apostrophes and middle names.
With a request to Support, you can have your account name corrected to match the name on your bank account.
2. Amount lower than the minimum amount
The minimum amount required for a deposit by wire transfer is €20, consistent with the minimum amounts for purchasing cryptocurrency.
3. Amount higher than the maximum amount
If you have requested a deposit for an amount higher than your account level allows, you will be contacted or you can contact us to request a reversal or to increase your account level, depending on your needs.
