Withdraw Euros from Pro

You can only withdraw Euros from Young Platform to a personal bank account in your name or, only for Italy, to a card issued in Italy that has an IBAN and can receive bank transfers.

The destination bank account or card must be in your name or jointly in your name.

Please note:

• You cannot send Euros directly to other exchanges or payment platforms such as crypto.com, Paypal, Wise and all major exchanges. To send funds to other exchanges use stablecoins that are pegged to Euros or Dollars such as USDC or USDT.

   

• You can only send Euros to other Young Platform accounts via GiftCard.

Withdraw Euro

• Select your Wallet
• Select Withdraw
• Select Euro
• Enter the amount 
• Enter your bank details - bank name, Swift/Bic code and IBAN
• Click on the link in the email we've sent you titled 'Confirm Withdrawal from Young Platform' to authorise the withdrawal request
• Enter the OTP code received by email or generated by your Authenticator

   

   

The withdrawal will be pending. Once approved, you will receive an email titled 'Withdrawal Processed from Young Platform'. Your funds will be credited within 2 - 5 working days. 

If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, you will receive an email and will have to repeat the procedure. Make sure to enter the correct bank details.

You can only cancel the withdrawal request as long as it has not yet been approved. From your Euro Wallet select the Pending Withdrawal and Delete Withdrawal.

* The minimum amount is fixed at 20€, while the maximum amount varies according to your account level.
