Every time you log in to your account you receive an email notification titled 'Login Alert From Young Platform'.
In this way, you can check the logins to your account in real-time. You can view your Sessions history on your account.
- There is no cause for alarm if the access location indicated in the email is different from where you are. This is because internet connection providers often process IP addresses incorrectly.
- There is a cause for alarm if you have received the email notification, but you actually haven't logged in to your Young Platform account in the last 5-10 minutes. If this happens, click on the 'block the account' at the bottom of our email to block your account, and contact us immediately.
