Here is a list of possible error messages you might see when trying to withdraw Euros by card, and what they mean:
- Card not supported
The selected card does not support Mastercard Send or Visa Direct services. Try again making sure you select a card that supports one of these services.
- Withdrawal unavailable
This error message is displayed if
- The card you are using to withdraw is not the same card you previously used to deposit Euros to Young Platform. Try again, making sure you select a card you have used before.
- You are entering a higher Euro amount than you previously deposited on Young Platform using the same card. Please try again by ensuring that you enter an amount less than or equal to the amount previously deposited.
- Circuit disabled
Visa or Mastercard circuits are temporarily disabled. Complete the withdrawal by bank transfer.
