How to deposit with BANCOMAT Pay on Young Platform
BANCOMAT Pay is an instant deposit method available on Young Platform. It allows you to top up your wallet in seconds, directly from your current account, without having to enter an IBAN or sensitive data: your mobile number associated with BANCOMAT Pay is all you need.
To mark the launch of this new deposit method, fees on deposits made with BANCOMAT Pay are waived from 9 July 2025 to 9 January 2026.

Requirements for using BANCOMAT Pay
To make a deposit, ensure you have an active mobile number associated with BANCOMAT Pay or your bank's app, if it integrates the service natively. Discover the banks participating in the service at this link.
If you haven't set up BANCOMAT Pay yet, see the dedicated section further down.
How to make a deposit from the app
- Log in to your account on the Young Platform app.
- Go to the “Crypto” section and select “Deposit”.
- Choose Euro (EUR) as the currency.
- Select BANCOMAT Pay from the available methods.
- Enter the amount to deposit.
- You will receive a notification from your BANCOMAT Pay app or your bank's app.
- Authorise the operation with a PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition.
- The deposit will be executed in real time: the funds will be immediately available in the wallet.
How to make a deposit from desktop
- Log in to your Young Platform account from a browser.
- From the menu, select “Crypto” > “Wallet”.
- Click on “Deposit” and choose BANCOMAT Pay.
- Enter the desired amount.
- Wait for the notification from your BANCOMAT Pay app or your bank's app.
- Confirm the operation as per the app instructions (PIN, fingerprint, face).
- The deposit will be immediately visible in your wallet.
Security
Every transaction is protected by Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), according to PSD2 regulations. Access and authorisation take place via biometric recognition or PIN, depending on your banking app settings.
Fees and limits
Deposits with BANCOMAT Pay are subject to fees and operational limits on the amounts deposited.
However, to mark the launch of BANCOMAT Pay, fees on deposits made with this method will be waived from 9 July 2025 to 9 January 2026.

How to activate BANCOMAT Pay (if you haven't already)
BANCOMAT Pay is available within the BANCOMAT app. Some banks natively integrate BANCOMAT Pay within their own app. In these cases, it is not necessary to download the BANCOMAT app separately, because the service is already available. Discover the banks participating in the service at this link.
Once activation is complete, you can use BANCOMAT Pay to deposit instantly on Young Platform.
