How to deposit with BANCOMAT Pay on Young Platform

BANCOMAT Pay is an instant deposit method available on Young Platform. It lets you top up your wallet in a few seconds, directly from your bank account, without having to enter an IBAN or sensitive data: your mobile phone number associated with BANCOMAT Pay is enough.

Deposits made with BANCOMAT Pay incur a fee of 2.2% of the deposited amount, with a minimum of €0.25.

Requirements for using BANCOMAT Pay

To make a deposit, make sure you have an active mobile number associated with BANCOMAT Pay or your bank's app, if it integrates the service natively. Find out which banks participate in the service at this link.

How to make a deposit from the app

  1. Log in to your account on the Young Platform app.
  2. Go to the "Crypto" section and select "Deposit".
  3. Choose Euro (EUR) as the currency.
  4. Select BANCOMAT Pay among the available methods.
  5. Enter the amount to deposit.
  6. You will receive a notification from your BANCOMAT Pay app or your bank's app.
  7. Authorise the transaction with a PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition.
  8. The deposit will be executed in real time: the funds will be immediately available in your wallet.

How to make a deposit from a desktop

  1. Log in to your account on Young Platform from a browser.
  2. From the menu, select "Crypto" > "Wallet".
  3. Click on "Deposit" and choose BANCOMAT Pay.
  4. Enter the desired amount.
  5. Wait for the notification from your BANCOMAT Pay app or your bank's app.
  6. Confirm the transaction as per the app's instructions (PIN, fingerprint, face).
  7. The deposit will be immediately visible in your wallet.

Security

Every transaction is protected by Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), in compliance with the PSD2 regulation. Access and authorisation take place via biometric recognition or PIN, depending on your banking app's settings.

Fees and limits

Deposits with BANCOMAT Pay are subject to fees and operational limits on the amounts deposited.

The fee applied to each deposit made with BANCOMAT Pay is equal to 2.2% of the deposited amount, with a minimum of €0.25.

How to activate BANCOMAT Pay (if you haven't already done so)

BANCOMAT Pay is available inside the BANCOMAT app. Some banks natively integrate BANCOMAT Pay inside their app. In these cases, it is not necessary to download the BANCOMAT app separately, because the service is already available. Find out which banks participate in the service at this link.

Once activation is complete, you can use BANCOMAT Pay to deposit instantly on Young Platform.
