Withdraw Euro from Young Platform via bank transfer

You can only withdraw Euros from Young Platform to a personal or joint bank account in your name.

Please note:

• You cannot send Euros directly to other exchanges or payment platforms such as crypto.com, Paypal, Wise and all major exchanges. To send funds to other exchanges, use stablecoins pegged to Euros or Dollars, such as USDC or USDT.
   
• You can only send Euros to other Young Platform accounts via GiftCard.

Follow these steps to withdraw Euro via bank transfer

• Select Withdraw
• Select Euro
• Select the bank transfer withdrawal option
• Enter the amount 
• Enter your bank details - bank name, Swift/Bic code and IBAN
• Enter the required security codes:
  • If you have Authenticator, enter the code by copying it from the Authenticator app and the OTP code "Withdrawal Verification Code" received via email.
  • If you do NOT have Authenticator, enter the security code received via SMS and the OTP code "Withdrawal Verification Code" received via email.

As soon as Young Platform processes the withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation email. Your funds will be credited within 2 - 5 working days. 

If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, you will receive an email and will have to repeat the procedure. Make sure to enter the correct bank details.

You can only cancel the withdrawal request if it has not been approved. From your Euro Wallet, select the Pending Withdrawal and Delete Withdrawal.

* The minimum amount is fixed at 20€, while the maximum amount varies according to your account level.
