For card deposits, you may only use credit, debit and prepaid cards on the Mastercard and Visa circuits.
You must be the registered holder of the card.
If you receive an error message, it could be because:
- you have not completed the card authentication in time or you have not entered the correct details - try again, making sure you enter the correct details and in time
- your card is not enabled for online or exchange payments - enable the necessary settings, or use another card or deposit method
- the card is not registered in your name: you can only use a card of which you are the holder or co-holder
