You can withdraw Euro via bank transfer only to a bank account held or co-held in your name.
- It is not possible to send Euro to other exchanges or payment platforms such as crypto.com, Paypal, Wise, etc. To send funds to other exchanges, use a stablecoin pegged to the Euro or Dollar, such as USDT. Withdrawals to other exchanges or payment platforms must be reversed by the destination platform to be re-credited to Young Platform.
- You can send Euro to other Young Platform accounts only via GiftCard.
Here are the steps to withdraw via bank transfer:
- Select Withdraw
- Select Euro
- Select withdrawal via bank transfer
- Enter the amount
- Enter the bank name, the Swift/Bic code and the IBAN of your account.
- Enter the required security codes:
- If you have Authenticator, enter the code by copying it from the Authenticator app and the OTP code "Withdrawal verification code" received via email.
- If you do NOT have Authenticator, enter the security code received via SMS and the OTP code "Withdrawal verification code" received via email.
- As soon as it is processed by Young Platform, you will receive a confirmation email for the completed withdrawal.
- If the withdrawal request is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification email asking you to repeat the procedure, checking that the data entered is correct
You can cancel the withdrawal request only as long as it has not yet been approved: close the procedure window > select Euro Wallet > Pending Withdrawal > Delete withdrawal.
