To make your purchase:
- Select the shop and the product
- Don't close the tab and follow the link until your purchase is confirmed
- After a few hours, the cashback request will appear as Waiting in the shop tab on Step
If approved by our external partner, you will receive the cashback directly on Step within 90 days.
The cashback is applied to the net amount of the purchase, i.e. excluding taxes, VAT, shipping costs and gift wrapping. Products excluded from the cashback scheme are at the discretion of the shop and are subject to change.
The external partner reserves the right to refuse a cashback for any of the following reasons:
- You had already used other discounts provided by browser extensions, coupons, or other savings and cashback programs in combination with the one provided by Step
- You had visited other sites or used tools such as coupon injectors, cashback extensions, etc. before completing your purchase on Step. The purchase has therefore been associated with another platform
- Your purchase wasn't completed during the same session you started on Step
- The order was returned to the shop, sent back or refunded
- The order was cancelled
- The purchase was made using a gift card
- The browser used for the purchase has active content-filtering and ad-blocking systems
- The browser used for the purchase has cookies disabled for affiliate and retail sites
