If you get an error message when you tap the Claim button, follow these steps to reset it -
- Change your internet connection method (e.g. switch to mobile data or change wifi)
- Force quit and restart Step
- Check that the Date and Time settings on your smartphone are set to 'automatic'.
If none of these options solve the issue, it means that you have reached your daily limit of redeemable steps. Wait until the next day to start redeeming steps again.
