If you can't complete an order on Young Platform Pro, or if your order is systematically cancelled, the reason is almost always one of these. Check the points below in order.
1. The set price does not respect the Limit rule
- When buying: the price must be equal to or higher than the current market price. If it's lower, the order is rejected or cancelled immediately.
- When selling: the price must be equal to or lower than the current market price. If it's higher, the order is rejected or cancelled immediately.
Solution: check the current price in the chart or in the Liquidity View before setting your limit.
2. No counterparty found at your price (FOK cancellation)
Even with a correct price, if the Smart Order Router doesn't find a counterparty willing to exchange the entire requested quantity, the order is cancelled in full ("kill"): there are no partial executions.
Solution: move the limit price closer to the current market price, or reduce the requested quantity. For more details, see the guide dedicated to this scenario.
3. Insufficient available balance
- When buying: check that you have sufficient Euros, also taking into account the brokerage fee, which is added to the equivalent value of the transaction.
- When selling: check that you have the quantity of crypto available (not locked in other operations).
4. Quantity below the minimum order threshold
Every trading pair has a minimum tradeable quantity. If the amount or quantity entered is too low, the order cannot be sent.
If the problem persists
If you've checked all these points and continue to have problems, contact Customer Service indicating the trading pair, the price and quantity set, and the approximate time of the attempt.
