The transfer (deposit or withdrawal) of cryptocurrencies takes place on the blockchain. Cryptocurrency transactions go from wallet A to wallet B. To send a cryptocurrency to wallet B, you need to know the address of wallet B.
Address
A wallet address (also called a "public address") is a set of numbers and letters. Young Platform provides an address for each cryptocurrency, also as a QR code.
Memo
Some cryptocurrencies such as XRP and XLM also require a memo, also called a memo ID, tag or destination tag. This is a short numeric code.
Withdrawal
To withdraw cryptocurrencies from Young Platform Pro to other wallets, the address of the external wallet and the memo, if any, is required, again provided by the external wallet app or site.
If the external wallet does not indicate a field in which to insert the memo/tag, you can write it in the notes or in the description of the transaction.
Finding the transaction on the blockchain
To find the cryptocurrency deposit or withdrawal transaction on the blockchain and track its status, you need to have the hash of the transaction, also called transaction ID or TxID.
For Withdrawals from Young Platform, you can find the transaction ID by clicking on the relevant withdrawal in the Wallet history.
To find out the status of the transaction, enter the transaction ID in an explorer site of the relevant blockchain.
All Blockchain Explorers
Most of the cryptocurrencies on Young Platform are ERC20 tokens. ERC20 tokens are all traceable on the Ethereum blockchain. If you don't find the cryptocurrency in the list below, it is most likely an ERC20 token.
