Connect your Step and Young Platform accounts to transfer your $YNG tokens.
To transfer the YNG you've accumulated on the Young Platform Step app to your wallet on the Young Platform exchange, you first need to connect the two accounts.
Important information before you start:
- Different emails: You don't need to use the same email address for your Step and Young Platform accounts.
- Single account: Ensure you have only one Step account and that you're connecting the correct one, as the operation is irreversible.
How to connect your accounts: 2 easy methods
You can start the connection process from either platform.
Method 1: From your Young Platform profile
This is the recommended method to prepare the connection in advance.
- Log in to Young Platform (via app or website).
- Go to the Profile section.
- Locate the Step option and select Connect.
- Follow the instructions to complete the connection.
Method 2: Directly from the Young Platform Step app
You can also initiate the connection when making your first transfer.
- Open the Young Platform Step app.
- Tap your YNG balance on the main screen.
- Press the Transfer to Young Platform button.
- The app will guide you through the process of linking your Young Platform account.
Once the two accounts are connected, you'll be able to transfer your YNG easily and instantly whenever you want.
