If you already have a Step account, we recommend using the same email, but it's not mandatory. You'll still be able to transfer your YNG tokens from Step to Young Platform even if the registration emails are different.
Remember: you can only have one Young Platform account.
To create a Young Platform account:
- Select Sign up
- Enter your full name as written on the document you'll use to verify your identity
- Enter your phone number and select Continue
- Select Receive SMS to verify your phone number
- Enter the code received via SMS
- Enter your email and a secure password and confirm the password
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click the link in the email confirming your registration. If you can't find the verification email, check your spam or other folders. If the link has expired, go back to the login page and select Forgot Password to create a new password and log in
N.B. for your security, all withdrawals from your account will be disabled for 48 hours following any change to your email, phone number, password or secure authentication method (via Authenticator or SMS/email security codes).
After creating your account, we recommend increasing security by enabling DeviceKey, the most secure authentication method: you authorise logins and operations with your phone's unlock (fingerprint, Face ID or PIN) instead of a code — find out how it works. Alternatively, you can activate 2-factor authentication (2FA) with an Authenticator app.
