If Step does not open and remains stuck on the logo, make sure you have good internet connection and follow these steps:
- Clear your phone's cache
- Delete all of Step's data
- Uninstall and reinstall Step
- Log in again
Depending on how you originally created your Step account, you will need to sign in:
- either by tapping 'Sign in with Google/Apple'
- or with your email and password (if you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password to create a new one)
