Send a ticket to support asking to restore the login via OTP email.
Attach a photo to the email that clearly shows: your face, a valid ID, a ticket with today's date written on it (by hand). The ID must be the same as the one used for the KYC.
After we have restored your login method, you will be able to reset google authenticator on your new phone from the beginning.
