If, when tapping the claim button, the error message "Something has gone wrong" appears:
- Try changing your internet connection mode (by switching to mobile data or changing wifi)
- Refresh the app, close and restart it.
If the error persists, proceed this way:
- Open the Smartphone Settings
- Select "System".
- Then "Date and time"
- Activate the "Automatic date and time" checkbox
This will allow our anti-fraud algorithm to recognize your "claim" as legitimate.
